IDX online training, webinars

IDX Systems Corporation uses information technology to maximize value in the delivery of healthcare – by improving the quality of patient service, enhancing medical outcomes and reducing the cost of care.
IDX is a leader in building an organization that thrives on the love of learning, and invests heavily in education. With this as a core belief, the IDX technical education teams create a learning environment conducive to the open sharing of ideas between students and teachers. Community learning is centric in our classrooms, with instructors acting more like facilitators of knowledge discovery than lecturers of technical content.

Heillä on sekä kursseja, että pelkkiä webinaareja tarjolla. Hinnoittelua ei paljasteta verkkosivuilla suoraan.

IDX offers several of its stand-up instruction courses in an online format. An online course is web-based class that is accessed through an internet browser. Each student has an individual username and password that will allow them access to the system to take the class.

The course covers the same material that is included in our stand-up version of the course offered at IDX. Students that meet prerequisites spend approximately 12-15 hours per week reading lecture material, completing exercises, and writing routines. Communication with the instructor is through a database discussion area within the tool, and through email communication.

Course Organization
The course is divided into multiple modules. Each module consists of online lectures, supplemental readings, one or more practice exercises, and where appropriate programming assignments.
